Take care of your skin long before the wedding day. In the month before your wedding, get into a regular skincare routine: Lots of Sleep in clean skin – no makeup! Drink buckets of Water! Clean, tone and moisturize skin with gentle products. Moisturize with quality almond butter or shea butter lotion. Exercise will help you stay calm, tighten up, and detox your skin. Do a facial a week out or more.
Your brows frame your face and complete every makeup look. If they are over-plucked, let them grow and have them done one day before the wedding. Take care of your lips each night by applying lip balm or Vaseline. Gently rub it over your lips in a circular motion with a wet washcloth. This will exfoliate and soften your lips at the same time. For a perfect smile, a few weeks out, avoid drinks that may darken your teeth like coffee and red wine.
