Location Spotlight – Lakeview Park, Lorain County Ohio

Lakeview Park in Lorain county is a little known gem to many northeast Ohioans.  It’s an ideal place for an outdoor wedding in all seasons. Early summer is especially beautiful in the park’s Historical Rose Garden, but there are trees, plantings, and the lake as a background all year. Parking is ample and there are very good restroom facilities. The renowned Lorain Lighthouse, which is lit up at night with multi-color lights, also enhances the rich wedding setting that Lakeview Park offers. With 20 acres of well-groomed land along the north side of West Erie Avenue, and a beach, Lakeview Park is a favorite of couples in love and photographers.
