Why is Fall a Great Season for Weddings?

Historically June has been the most popular month for weddings. It has the potential of good weather, and lots of flowers in bloom. However, June can be temperamental. Cold one day and hot the next, June can also be overcast and rainy. Fall is a surprisingly good time for weddings. In early fall, the weather tends to be cooler which is much nicer for most guests and for stressed-out brides and grooms. You can always add a layer of clothing in the fall, but there are only so many clothes you can take off at a summer wedding, as men who’ve sweated in suits and ties will tell you!  The best part about fall is that the colors of changing leaves, in their vibrant yellow, gold, orange and red hues, offer a warm palette that enhances both skin and hair. These warm tones also work well in creating stunning décor for the reception. Fall blooming flowers in a multitude of warm tones can be used in pots for the wedding and also grace your new home once you’re married. Fall colors look wonderful in all kinds of wedding photos. Yes, fall is a colorful and pleasurable time of year for a wedding.
